Custom Software Development
Off-the-shelf software makes you change your business to suit the tool.
Read moreSix practices, one team. Whether you need a system built from scratch, an app in both stores, a SaaS platform launched, or a failing project taken over — the engagement starts the same way: a conversation about what actually needs to happen.

Read moreOff-the-shelf software makes you change your business to suit the tool. We do the opposite: we study how your organisation already works, then build the system around it — removing the double entry, the manual reconciliations and the “ask Sarah, she has the file” dependencies.
One codebase that ships to Android and iOS, built with Flutter or React Native. Designed for how phones are actually used here: variable networks, shared devices, mid-range Android hardware and mobile money as a first-class payment method.
Turning an idea into a subscription product needs more than a web app: tenancy, roles, billing, metering, onboarding and uptime. We have built that plumbing before and we build it into your product from day one, so your first hundred customers do not break it.
Our most requested service. A developer vanished, a contract ended badly, or a system was delivered almost-finished and never quite worked. We treat these projects as engineering problems, not lost causes — and we start by telling you the truth about what you have.
The systems we build only run as well as what sits underneath them. Our ICT practice covers the networks, servers, devices and backups that keep an office working — whether or not we wrote the software on top.
Software is a living thing: operating systems change, regulations change, staff change. A support retainer keeps your system patched, monitored and improving, with a named team who already know your setup.
Pricing depends on scope, so we quote per project — but the structure of the relationship is always one of these three.
Best when the requirement is clear and the budget must be predictable.
Best for evolving products where the roadmap will change as you learn.
Best once a system is live and must stay live.
We pick mature, well-supported technologies with a large local talent pool — so your system can be maintained by someone other than us if it ever needs to be.
We meet your team, watch the current process, and write down what the system must do. Output: a requirements document and a process map you sign off.
Data model, architecture and clickable screens. You correct the system while changes still cost hours instead of weeks.
Two-week cycles, each ending in a working demo on a real environment. Progress is visible, not reported.
Data migration, staff training, documentation handover, warranty period, then optional SLA-backed support.
A focused first version is usually 8–16 weeks from kick-off, depending on scope. We deliberately scope a smaller version one, get it into real use, then extend it. Rescue and audit work is faster — the written audit report is normally ready within one to two weeks.
Yes, completely. We commit to a repository under your organisation’s account from the first day, and hosting accounts, domains and signing keys are registered in your name. You can hand the project to any competent developer at any point.
That is one of our core services. We start with a paid audit of the code, database and infrastructure, and give you a written report on the system’s condition, the risks, and your realistic options — finish it, migrate it or rebuild it — each with a price.
Three ways: fixed price against a written statement of work, a monthly dedicated-team rate, or an hourly support retainer. Every proposal states exactly what is included, what is not, and how changes are priced before they are done.
Yes. We work with clients across Uganda and the region, combining remote delivery with on-site visits for workshops, installation and training. Our office is at Plot 205, Court Road, Nabweru.
You get a warranty period covering defects at no charge, plus training and documentation. After that, most clients move onto a support retainer for monitoring, patching and enhancements — but it is optional, not a lock-in.
Yes. We regularly integrate MTN and Airtel mobile money, card gateways, SMS and USSD channels, and push data into accounting packages and URA/EFRIS requirements. Integrations are scoped explicitly so you know what data moves where.
We design for it. Offline-first mobile apps, local caching, queued synchronisation and on-premise fallbacks are standard considerations in our architecture, not add-ons.
Describe the problem in plain language — a process that is breaking, a system that stalled, an app you keep postponing. We will tell you which of these six routes fits, and what it would take.
